Michael Parsa is the Ontario PC candidate for Aurora-Oak Ridges-Richmond Hill.
Having lived in Richmond Hill since 2002, where he has been married to his wife Valerie for the past 10 years, Michael is deeply committed to the community.
He has worked and volunteered in the community in a variety of ways, including initiatives for at-risk youth, personal mentorship, and empowerment. He sits on the board of the Optimist Club, where he served as President from 2006 to 2009. For the past five years, Michael has sat alongside the Mayor as one of the judges of the Richmond Hill Santa Claus Parade.
In 2011, Michael was awarded the Maple Leaf Award for outstanding outreach and volunteerism. He also received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013 for his exemplary contributions to the local community.
Outside of his political and volunteer activities, Michael has a B.A. in Organizational Management and has been running a local family business since 1990.
Michael loves sports. He’s an avid hockey fan, and plays soccer and golf. If he’s not playing, he is busy coaching youth sports teams in the community.
Michael Parsa is a strong voice for change, and will work tirelessly so that families can pay less and get ahead.
